§ 66511. Township seals
The board of supervisors may adopt a seal which contains the name of the township and the word “seal” and which shall be in the custody of the township secretary or manager. The official acts of the board of supervisors may be authenticated by use of the seal. The seal has the same effect as the seal of a notary public.
