§ 1702-F. Definitions
Currentness
The following words and phrases when used in this article shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
“CCDFBG.” Child Care and Development Fund Block Grant.
“General Appropriation Act of 2017.” The act of July 11, 2017 (P.L. 1279, No. 1A), known as the General Appropriation Act of 2017.
“Human Services Code.” The act of June 13, 1967 (P.L. 31, No. 21),1 known as the Human Services Code.
“Public School Code of 1949.” The act of March 10, 1949 (P.L. 30, No. 14),2 known as the Public School Code of 1949.
“Secretary.” The Secretary of the Budget of the Commonwealth.
“TANFBG.” Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Block Grant.
