§ 67512. State and county highways; consents necessary
Currentness
Sanitary sewers may be constructed in or under any State or county highway. If the construction of sanitary sewers is in or under county highways, the consent of the county commissioners of the county shall first be obtained and, if the construction of sanitary sewers is in or under any State highway, the consent of the Department of Transportation shall first be obtained.
