Currentness
The following shall apply:
(1) Section 8.1(f) of the act of November 22, 1978 (P.L. 1166, No. 274),1 referred to as the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency Law, shall not apply to fiscal year 2017-2018.
(2) (Reserved).
