§ 22192. Disapproval of appropriations
The city recorder may disapprove of any item or items of any bill making appropriations, and the part of parts of the bill approved shall be the law; and the item or items disapproved shall be void, unless repassed according to the rules and limitations prescribed by law for the passage of bills over the city recorder's veto.
