§ 6029.116. Construction
Currentness
The definition of “waste tire recycling facility” in section 1041 and the provisions of section 106(e)2 shall be construed in pari materia with the permitting requirements of the act of July 7, 1980 (P.L. 380, No. 97),3 known as the Solid Waste Management Act.
