§ 328.915. Applicability
Currentness
(a) Local option.--This chapter applies only to restaurant licensees located in municipalities which have exercised the option under section 703.1
(b) Advertising.--Section 7042 shall apply to all licenses awarded under this chapter.
(c) Limitation and abrogation.--Nothing in this chapter is intended to limit or otherwise abrogate the applicability of any provision of this act.
