§ 802.6. Ineligibility of incarcerated employe
(a) An employe shall not be eligible for payment of unemployment compensation benefits for any weeks of unemployment during which the employe is incarcerated after a conviction.
(b) The department shall utilize any reasonable means determined necessary by the secretary to identify and prevent the payment of benefits to incarcerated individuals who are disqualified under this section.
