§ 23163. Regulation by Department of Public Safety; operation of street cars excepted
The regulation of traffic in such cities of the second class, as provided for in this act, shall be vested in the Department of Public Safety of such cities: Provided, That the provisions of this act shall not apply to the operation of street cars on tracks heretofore authorized.
