§ 3406-205. Seller’s registration
Currentness
Every seller maintaining a place of business in this Commonwealth selling tangible personal property for storage, use or consumption in this Commonwealth shall register with the department and give the name and address of all agents operating in this Commonwealth, the location of all distribution or saleshouses or offices or other places of business in this Commonwealth and such other information as the department may require.
