§ 15572. Costs paid by city on failure of proceedings
Should such city fail to consummate any determination begun hereunder, either by reason of the refusal of the electors to assent thereto, or by reason of an adverse determination of the court upon the question of the deductibility of its indebtedness sought to be incurred, or for any other reason, then and in such event the city shall pay all the costs of proceedings had in the manner and shall reimburse all the parties to the proceedings for their reasonable costs and expenses, the amounts of such reimbursement to be determined by the court of common pleas of the county in which such city is situated.
