§ 4102. Declaration of policy
The General Assembly finds and declares that, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this act, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania seeks to join with other states to establish the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact and become a member of the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission. The Insurance Commissioner shall serve as the representative of the Commonwealth to the commission.
