§ 421. Powers and duties in general (Adm. Code § 1601)
The Department of Banking and Securities shall, subject to any inconsistent provisions in this act contained, continue to exercise the powers and perform the duties by law vested in and imposed upon the said department, the Banking Department, the Commissioner of Banking, and the Secretary of Banking and the Pennsylvania Securities Commission.
