§ 66539. Libraries
Currentness
The board of supervisors may, in accordance with the act of June 14, 1961 (P.L. 324, No. 188), known as “The Library Code,”1 appropriate moneys toward any nonprofit association or corporation which operates or conducts a library or contract with or make grants to counties or municipal corporations for the furnishing of library service to the township.
