§ 328.303. Sales limited
(a) General rule.--No person shall sell, offer for sale or furnish games of chance for use within this Commonwealth except to an eligible organization or licensed distributor under this chapter.1
(b) Limitation.--No game of chance, other than a raffle under section 302(d),2 sold, offered for sale or furnished to a licensed eligible organization for use within this Commonwealth shall contain, permit, depict or designate a prize having a prize limit in excess of $2,000.
