§ 15023. Repairs; drainage
Every building of the grades referred to in this act, and all parts thereof, shall be kept in good repair and the walls damp-proof. All rain-water shall be so drained and carried from such building as to prevent its dripping to the ground, or causing dampness in the walls, ceilings, yards, courts, or other areas, or in those of adjoining properties.
