§ 53176. Penalty; violations of rules, regulations
In the exercise of such powers incorporated towns may enact any ordinance or make any regulation, restriction or prohibition, and may provide for the enforcement thereof and may prescribe penalties for the violation thereof or for the failure to conform thereto.
