§ 15006. Bakeries and fat boiling in tenement houses
No tenement-house, or any part thereof, shall be used as a bakery or as any place of business in which fat is boiled, unless the ceiling, side walls, and all exposed woodwork therein, or in the part thereof so used, is lined with fire-proof materials satisfactory to the chief of the division and the Director of the Department of Public Safety.
