§ 64. Intent of act
It is the intent of this act to provide a method whereby the will of the electors of each municipality with respect to motion picture exhibitions, together with orchestral or other instrumental musical or mechanical musical accompaniment, prelude, playing or selection in connection with or incidental thereto after two o'clock postmeridian on Sunday may be ascertained.
