§ 14802. Construction of sewer within five feet of building
Where a sewer is laid between buildings, in a passageway, alley, or courtyard, at a less distance than five feet form the buildings, it must be constructed of extra heavy cast-iron pipe, for a distance corresponding to the length of the foundation of said buildings.
