§ 15001. Wooden tenements
Currentness
No wooden building exceeding three stories in height shall be occupied as a tenement; and no wooden building of any height shall be occupied as a tenement, if located within the limits established by councils1 in cities of the first class prohibiting the erection of frame buildings.
