§ 3209. Administration
Currentness
(a) Appropriation and administrative costs.--The General Assembly shall appropriate funds to pay full-time and part-time educational assistance grants under this subchapter. A portion of the funds appropriated may be used to pay the costs of the administration of this subchapter and Subchapter B1 (relating to Medical Officer or Health Officer Incentive Program).
(b) Limitation.--Administrative costs for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, and each fiscal year thereafter, shall not exceed 3.5% of the total amount of funds appropriated.
