§ 1733-A.1. Drug and alcohol programs
For fiscal year 2015-2016, fiscal year 2016-2017, fiscal year 2017-2018 and fiscal year 2018-2019, $2,500,000 from the sale of liquor and alcohol shall be transferred to the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs for the purposes set forth in section 802(c) of the act of April 12, 1951 (P.L. 90, No. 21),1 known as the Liquor Code.
