§ 816.7. When act to become effective
The provisions of this act shall become effective immediately upon its final enactment, but the compact provided for hereby shall be executed for and on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania only after the approval, ratification, adoption and entering into thereof by the States of New York, Ohio and West Virginia, and no project shall be authorized or required thereunder until the conclusion of hostilities of the present war.
