§ 820.8. Fish or game laws, enforcement
Currentness
Anything in section 270 of the act of December 15, 1959 (P.L. 1779), known as “The Fish Law of 1959,”1 to the contrary notwithstanding, no person acting within the Commonwealth pursuant to section 15.2-2 of the compact shall enforce fish or game laws or regulations.
