§ 1162. Appropriation
The sum of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Department of Forests and Waters1 for the purpose of purchasing said property. No part of said consideration shall be paid until the title to said property shall be approved by the Attorney General of the Commonwealth.
