§ 1089. Sale of park to United States authorized
The Department of Forests and Waters,1 through the Department of Property and Supplies,2 is hereby authorized to sell to the government of the United States, at a price agreed upon by the Department of Forests and Waters through its authorized agents, a tract of land in Wharton Township, surrounding the site of the battle of Fort Necessity, known as Fort Necessity Park, and comprising approximately two hundred thirty-four acres.
