§ 4605. Policy
Currentness
(a) Offering.--Travel insurance may be offered under an individual policy or under a group policy.
(b) Eligibility and underwriting standards.--Eligibility and underwriting standards for customers electing to enroll in coverage shall be established for each travel insurance program.
