§ 251. Regulations to prevent fire
All steam and electric railroad companies owning or operating lines of railroad within the State shall put into effect such reasonable regulations for the prevention of forest fire as may be deemed necessary by the chief forest fire-warden, providing the regulations be approved by the Public Service Commission1.
