§ 816.4. Powers herein granted in addition to those heretofore granted
Any powers herein granted to the commission shall be regarded as in aid of and supplemental to, and in no case a limitation upon any of the powers vested in said commission by other laws of this State, or by the laws of the States of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, New York, Ohio, West Virginia, Tennessee, or by Congress, or the terms of said compact.
