§ 1130. Maintenance and improvement
The Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission is hereby charged with the maintenance and improvement of such tract or tracts when and if acquired and for such purposes is hereby authorized to use any funds not otherwise specifically appropriated, at its disposal, therefor.
