§ 820.4. Compact as entire agreement
It is declared to be the intention of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that the provisions of the compact shall constitute the entire agreement of the signatories and any matters within any enabling legislation not included in the compact shall have no effect on the signatories without their specific concurrence.
