§ 1086.1. Purchase of additional lands
The Secretary of Forests and Waters1 may purchase additional lands for the Washington Crossing Park, authorized by this amendment, out of any available funds appropriated by any act of Assembly to the Department of Forests and Waters for the acquisition, by purchase, condemnation or gift, of lands, buildings, or other properties for state parks, and for the development thereof, and for the operation, maintenance, development and improvement of existing parks.
