§ 4606. Responsibility
As the insurer designee, the limited lines travel insurance producer and insurer shall be responsible for the acts of the travel retailer and the travel retailer's employees and authorized representatives who are not limited lines travel insurance producers and shall use reasonable means to ensure compliance with this act by the travel retailer and the travel retailer's employees and authorized representatives.
