§ 820.53. Designation and classification
The following waterways or waterway segments and related adjacent land areas are hereby designated as scenic components of the Pennsylvania Scenic Rivers System under the “Pennsylvania Scenic Rivers Act.”1 The boundaries of the related adjacent land areas, hereinafter referred to as the designated corridor have been defined by the Department of Environmental Resources and are shown on the map entitled “French Creek Study,” which is on file and available for public inspection in the Bureau of Land Records, Department of Community Affairs of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
