§ 1123. Appropriation
The sum of seven thousand dollars ($7,000), or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Department of Property and Supplies1 for the payment of the cost of acquiring said tract of land and for all expenses in connection therewith, including the expense of investigating the title.
