§ 641. Fees
Currentness
Every statement, record, or application for permit filed under the provisions of this act or heretofore filed under the provisions of the act of April 8, 1937, Pamphlet Laws 258,1 shall be subject to filing fee of twenty-five dollars for the purpose of reimbursing the Commonwealth in part for the cost of administration of the act. All moneys so collected shall be paid into the State Forests and Waters Fund,2 by and through the Department of Revenue.
