§ 820.12. Governor to execute agreement and modifications
Currentness
The Governor is authorized and directed to:
(1) Execute and deliver on behalf of the Commonwealth all agreements and modifications of agreements that relate to the Chesapeake Bay Commission.
(2) Take those actions which may be necessary to effectuate the agreement.
