§ 771. Pymatuning Reservoir; construction of dam, spillway and other works
The sum of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($450,000), or as much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby specifically appropriated to the Department of Forests and Waters1, for the use of the Water and Power Resources Board2, for the construction of a dam and spillway across the outlet of Pymatuning Swamp, in Crawford County, on lands heretofore acquired therefor, for clearing the reservoir site, for raising, relocating and reconstructing railroads and highways which the Water and Power Resources Board shall deem necessary in connection with the reservoir project, for acquiring additional lands, rights of way, and releases necessary for the completion of the reservoir and the relocation of railroads and highways, for the relocation of telephone and power lines, and for any other expenses of every kind and description which the Water and Power Resources Board shall deem necessary in connection with the completion and operation of the Pymatuning Reservoir Project.
