32 P.S. § 927
§ 927. Revocation of grants
The Department of Forests and Waters, acting either directly or through the Pennsylvania State Park and Harbor Commission of Erie,1 shall have power at any time, in the name of the Commonwealth, to revoke and terminate any revocable grant of any right or privilege to occupy and possess any part of the lands in the city and county of Erie, dedicated to the use of the public and known as the Pennsylvania State Park at Erie, or any wharf or pier thereon, which grant has heretofore been made by any public or municipal agency pursuant to statutory authority. Such revocation shall be in such form as shall be approved by the Department of Justice and shall be recorded in the office for the recording of deeds in and for the county of Erie.
