§ 223. Appeal to the Secretary of Forests and Waters
If any person shall feel aggrieved by the act of any fire-warden, such person may appeal to the Commissioner of Forestry,1 who will examine into the complaint. After hearing the parties he shall decide as to him shall seem just and right.
