§ 593.1. Disposition of moneys
Currentness
All moneys hereafter received by the Treasury Department from the Department of Revenue, arising from the annual charges on limited power permits and limited water supply permits, as provided in the two preceding sections, shall be credited to the State Forests and Waters Fund1.
