§ 693.18. Unlawful conduct
It shall be unlawful for any person to:
(4) Attempt to obtain a permit by misrepresentation or failure to disclose all relevant facts. Nothing in this act shall be construed to affect the application of any provision of the Crimes Code1 relating to perjury, false swearing or unsworn falsification to authorities.
(5) Intentionally obstruct, impair or pervert the administration of this act by the department or any municipality by force, violence, physical interference or obstacle, breach of official duty or any other unlawful act. Nothing in this act shall be construed to affect the application of section 5101 of the Crimes Code2 to obstructing administration of law or other governmental function.
