§ 751.2. Water and Power Resources Board
The Water and Power Resources Board1 of the Department of Forests and Waters2 is hereby designated, as the agency of the Commonwealth, to carry into effect the project for the construction of desilting basins or other works in the headwaters of the Schuylkill River and its tributaries to prevent the future silting and pollution of that river, and for the dredging and disposal of existing accumulations in the section of the river above the Norristown dam at Norristown, Pennsylvania.
