§ 1141. Moosic Lake State Park established
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby dedicates to the public, for use as a park and pleasure-ground for the benefit and enjoyment of the people, an area of land approximately two thousand acres, in Jefferson Township, Lackawanna County, known as the Moosic Lake area, the boundaries of which shall be defined by the Department of Forests and Waters.1
The said park shall be called and known as the “Moosic Lake State Park.”
