§ 1600.405. Termination of assessment
The assessment imposed by this article shall remain in full force and effect until all bonds issued by the Pennsylvania Civil Disorder Authority have been retired, and shall thereafter terminate at such time and upon such terms and conditions as shall be specified by the board of the authority.
