§ 1303.507. Advance payments
Currentness
No advance payment made by the health care provider or the provider's basic coverage insurance carrier to or for the claimant shall be construed as an admission of liability for injuries or damages suffered by the claimant. Notwithstanding section 508,1 evidence of an advance payment shall not be admissible by a claimant in a medical professional liability action.
