§ 910-29. Agents; certain names prohibited
Currentness
After the effective date of this amendment no agent for a title insurance company shall adopt a firm name containing the words “title,” “title company,” “title insurance company,” “guaranty,” “guarantee,” “guaranty company,” or “guarantee company” or similar combination thereof.
