§ 4562. Effective date
Currentness
This act shall take effect as follows:
(1) The following provisions shall take effect immediately:
(i) This chapter.
(ii) Chapter 8.1
(2) Chapters 5 and 92 shall take effect in 90 days.
(3) The remainder of this act shall take effect in 180 days.
