§ 991.1104a. Prepaid home health or personal care service policies; exempt entities
Currentness
Any entity that solicits or provides prepaid home health or personal care service policies claiming to be exempt under this article shall, upon demand by the department, provide all books and records which, in the department's sole judgment, are necessary for the department to determine the entity's status as an exempt entity.
